Beautiful fit and flare design with a ruffle that goes down on side of the skirt and ruffle along the edge of the skirt hem.
Stretch as this has Spandex in.

armhole side seam across bust to opposite side seam 18.5 inches ( this measurement is taken upright not flat, to allow extra space for the bust as the bust is obviously not flat).
