  • Items highlighted "As Is Non-refundable Items": As is non refundable items cannot be refunded.
  • Exchange: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at our customer service address. Where items have been damaged intentionally we will not refund. As indicated every item is inspected and photographed before it's shipped.
